Overview
Ghost Armory LLC may offer an affiliate program that allows approved individuals or organizations to promote the Ghost Armory platform in exchange for referral commissions.
Participation in the Ghost Armory Affiliate Program is subject to the terms outlined in this agreement as well as the separate Ghost Armory Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliate Eligibility
Ghost Armory may approve affiliates at its sole discretion.
Individuals or organizations interested in participating in the affiliate program must provide accurate contact information and comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws.
Ghost Armory reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates from the program at any time.
Affiliate Agreement Requirement
Before participating in the Ghost Armory Affiliate Program, all affiliates must review and agree to the Ghost Armory Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliates will be required to accept the Affiliate Agreement before receiving or activating their unique referral link.
This agreement outlines the rules governing participation in the program, including but not limited to:
- Commission eligibility
- Marketing guidelines
- Prohibited promotional activities
- Payment terms
- Compliance with advertising and marketing laws
Affiliates who do not accept the Affiliate Agreement will not be eligible to participate in the affiliate program or earn commissions.
Affiliate Links
Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link or tracking identifier used to track referrals.
Affiliate commissions will only be credited for memberships or purchases completed through the affiliate’s unique referral link.
Affiliates may not modify, manipulate, or misrepresent affiliate tracking links.
Commission Payments
Affiliates may earn commissions when a qualifying customer signs up for a Ghost Armory membership through an approved referral link.
Commission structures may include:
- Flat-rate commissions per membership
- Percentage-based commissions
- Promotional incentives or bonus campaigns
Commission structures may be modified or updated at the discretion of Ghost Armory.
Commission Approval
Ghost Armory reserves the right to review and approve referral activity before issuing commission payments.
Commissions may be withheld or denied if activity involves:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Self-referrals
- Duplicate or fake accounts
- Automated traffic or artificial sign-ups
Prohibited Affiliate Activities
Affiliates may not engage in activities that could harm the Ghost Armory brand or violate applicable laws.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Spam marketing or unsolicited email campaigns
- Misleading or deceptive advertising
- False claims about Ghost Armory products or services
- Impersonating the Ghost Armory brand in advertising or websites
- Using affiliate links in unlawful or prohibited environments
Affiliates found violating these policies may be removed from the program and may forfeit unpaid commissions.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not use Ghost Armory trademarks, logos, branding, or copyrighted materials without written authorization unless specifically provided for use within the affiliate program.
Unauthorized use of company branding may result in termination from the affiliate program.
Termination of Affiliate Accounts
Ghost Armory may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time if an affiliate violates these terms or the Ghost Armory Affiliate Agreement.
Upon termination, any pending commissions may be reviewed and may be forfeited if violations are discovered.
Modification of Affiliate Terms
Ghost Armory reserves the right to modify or update these Affiliate Program Terms at any time.
Affiliates are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for updates.
