By enrolling in a Ghost Armory membership, you agree to the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement.
Membership Benefits
Ghost Armory membership may include access to:
- Dealer-level firearm catalog pricing
- Distributor product availability
- Member-only product listings
- Exclusive member promotions
- Platform purchasing tools
Membership benefits may change or be updated at any time at the discretion of Ghost Armory.
Membership Eligibility
To become a Ghost Armory member, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally eligible to purchase firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Provide accurate account and payment information
Ghost Armory reserves the right to deny or terminate membership if eligibility requirements are not met.
Free Trial
Ghost Armory offers a promotional 7-day free trial period to allow users to explore membership benefits at no cost.
During the trial period, users may browse dealer-level pricing, product availability, and platform features.
Trial Purchase & Automatic Membership Activation
If a purchase is made at any point during the 7-day trial period, the annual membership fee of $129.99 will be immediately charged at the time of that transaction. This activates a full annual membership beginning on the date of purchase.
Subsequent purchases made after membership activation will not result in additional membership charges.
If no purchase is made during the trial period, the trial will expire and no charge will be applied. Membership access will end at the conclusion of the trial.
Ghost Armory reserves the right to modify, limit, or revoke trial access at any time.
Subscription Billing
Memberships may be billed on a recurring subscription basis, depending on the membership plan selected.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Ghost Armory to charge the payment method provided for:
- The initial membership fee
- Recurring renewal charges
- Any applicable taxes or fees
Membership billing cycles may include monthly or annual renewal periods.
Automatic Renewal
Membership subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each annual billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to automatic renewal of your subscription.
Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method on file.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation may be completed by:
- Logging into the member account dashboard
- Following the cancellation instructions within the account settings
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund prior membership charges unless otherwise required by law.
Membership benefits may remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged.
Ghost Armory may provide refunds at its sole discretion in cases of:
- Billing errors
- Technical issues
- Duplicate charges
Refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Abuse of Membership Services
Ghost Armory reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if users attempt to abuse the platform, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly exploiting free trials
- Attempting to bypass subscription requirements
- Engaging in fraudulent activity
Accounts found violating these policies may be permanently removed from the platform.
Modification of Membership Services
Ghost Armory reserves the right to modify:

- Membership benefits
- Subscription plans
Any changes may be communicated through the website or user account notifications.
Termination of Membership
Ghost Armory may suspend or terminate memberships if users violate:

Users whose memberships are terminated may lose access to membership features without refund.
