Ghost Armory processes orders as quickly as possible after they are placed.

  • Federal Firearms License (FFL) processing requirements

Most non-firearm orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Firearm orders may require additional time due to compliance verification and FFL coordination.

Firearm Shipments

All firearms purchased through the Ghost Armory platform must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer selected during checkout.

Firearms will not be shipped directly to customers unless legally permitted.

Customers must complete all required paperwork and background checks at the receiving FFL dealer before taking possession of the firearm.

Shipping Carriers

Lost or Damaged Packages

Ghost Armory may assist with carrier investigations when appropriate.

However, once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility may fall under the carrier’s policies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ghost Armory is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if orders must be reshipped.
