Why We Operate This Way

Our pricing is possible because we keep overhead low and work with fulfillment vendors who ship directly. These
vendors do not allow returns simply because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly. We pass their savings —
and their restrictions — directly to you.

Orders That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Any product that arrives undamaged cannot be returned or swapped. It’s your responsibility to make sure you are
ordering the correct product before you hit the submit order button. Check caliber, size, fit, features, and specifications
before buying — twice. If you’re still unsure what you need, it might be worth visiting your local big-box or retail gun
store first to handle products in person. That way, when you come back to Ghost Armory, you’ll know exactly what to
order and can take full advantage of our pricing.

Damaged Firearms

Always inspect the firearm at your FFL before accepting it. If there’s damage, do not take possession — contact us
right away so we can coordinate with the vendor for a replacement and provide a return label. Once you take
possession, the firearm can only be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty, as distributors will not accept it
back.

Damaged or Missing Non-FFL Items

Inspect non-FFL products as soon as they arrive. You must notify Ghost Armory in writing within 24 hours of delivery if
there’s damage or something is missing. We will work with our vendors to find a fair resolution, though their policies
ultimately govern the process.

Non-Compliant Orders

If you place an order for ammo or firearms that are restricted in your state, you will not be refunded. Optics and
miscellaneous products may be refunded if they are restricted, minus the credit card processing fee. Know your laws.
Know your state. Repeated violations may result in a 20% restocking fee for any orders we are able to cancel or
return. Certain products (e.g., ammunition to NY) must be shipped to a valid FFL, not a C&R; FFL03.
Orders That Cannot Transfer Due to Legal/Personal Restrictions
If you are unable to pass a background check or meet your state’s legal purchasing requirements, your order is not
eligible for refund or exchange. It is not Ghost Armory’s responsibility to confirm eligibility prior to purchase.

Why You Rarely Need a Refund Here

We have your order shipped to us first for inspection — to make sure you get exactly what you ordered, in one piece,
and don’t end up needing a refund in the first place. You’re welcome.

The Bottom Line

You’re not shopping at Target here — and that’s the point. You’re getting direct dealer pricing, which means fewer
retail-style conveniences. Returns are not accepted for undamaged products, and exchanges only apply to identical
replacements for items damaged at or before delivery. If you know what you want, Ghost Armory delivers it at a price
