Overview

Ghost Armory LLC strives to provide high-quality products and services at dealer-level pricing. Our business model allows members to access distributor pricing by operating with low overhead and utilizing fulfillment partners that ship products directly from distributors and vendors.

Because of this model, many of our fulfillment partners do not allow returns simply because a customer changes their mind or orders the wrong item. These policies allow us to offer significantly lower pricing, and those savings — along with the associated restrictions — are passed directly to our customers.

By placing an order through the Ghost Armory platform, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

Orders That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Products that arrive undamaged and as ordered are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are ordering the correct product before completing checkout. This includes verifying:

  • Caliber
  • Model compatibility
  • Size or fit
  • Features and specifications

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details prior to purchasing.

If you are unsure which product you need, it may be helpful to visit a local retailer to examine products in person before placing an order through Ghost Armory.

Firearm Sales

Due to federal regulations and safety considerations, firearm sales are generally considered final once the firearm has been transferred to the receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

If a firearm arrives at the receiving FFL dealer and the customer chooses not to complete the transfer, the customer may still be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Distributor restocking fees
  • FFL transfer fees

Refunds for firearms that are refused after shipment may be reduced by these fees.

Inspecting Firearms at Your FFL

Customers should inspect the firearm at the FFL dealer before accepting the transfer.

If a firearm appears damaged:

  • Do not take possession of the firearm.
  • Notify Ghost Armory immediately.
  • We will coordinate with the distributor or vendor to arrange a replacement or return if applicable.

Once the customer has accepted the transfer and taken possession of the firearm, the firearm typically becomes subject to the manufacturer’s warranty process, as distributors generally will not accept returned firearms after transfer.

Defective or Damaged Firearms

If a firearm arrives defective or damaged prior to transfer, Ghost Armory will work with the distributor or manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution.

In many cases, firearm manufacturers provide warranty repair services directly.

Ghost Armory may assist in facilitating warranty claims when appropriate.

Non-Firearm Products

Non-firearm products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items:

  • Are unused
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Are in resalable condition

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Missing Non-FFL Items

Customers should inspect non-FFL items immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or if items are missing from the shipment, customers must notify Ghost Armory within 24 hours of delivery.

Ghost Armory will work with fulfillment partners and vendors to determine an appropriate resolution, though vendor policies may ultimately govern the process.

Non-Compliant Orders

Customers are responsible for understanding firearm, ammunition, and product restrictions in their state or jurisdiction.

Orders placed for items that cannot legally be shipped to the customer’s location may not be eligible for refund.

In some cases, non-firearm items such as optics or accessories may be refunded if restricted, minus applicable payment processing fees.

Repeated violations of state compliance requirements may result in restocking fees of up to 20% of the order value, if cancellation or return is possible.

Orders That Cannot Transfer Due to Legal Restrictions

If a customer is unable to complete the firearm transfer due to:

  • Failing a background check
  • State purchasing restrictions
  • Legal ineligibility

The order will generally not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment when possible.

Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead fall under applicable return conditions.

Restocking Fees

Certain returned items may be subject to restocking fees depending on:

  • Distributor policies
  • Product condition
  • Order circumstances

Any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Fraud Prevention

Ghost Armory reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if fraudulent activity, abuse of return policies, or suspicious behavior is detected.

Why We Operate This Way

Ghost Armory provides access to dealer-level pricing by operating differently than traditional retail stores.

This means:

  • Lower prices
  • Direct distributor fulfillment
  • Fewer retail-style return policies

In exchange, customers gain access to pricing that is typically unavailable through traditional retail channels.
