ALL NON-SERIALIZED ITEMS SHIP TO GHOST ARMORY FIRST FOR INSPECTION
Following the Law
All shipments must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. We only send products to locations where they
are legal to possess. It is the member’s responsibility to know and follow the laws in their state or city. If an order could
violate the law, Ghost Armory will cancel it before shipping.
Firearms & Ammunition
Firearms: All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer chosen by the purchasing
member. The shipment must be addressed directly to the member — no third-party names or drop shipping on behalf
of someone else. Ammunition: Some states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL instead of directly to the
customer. Members are responsible for knowing these requirements before ordering.
Non-Serialized Items
Non-serialized products always ship to Ghost Armory first for inspection. We do this to confirm the product is correct,
verify all components are included, and check for any shipping or factory damage. This inspection process may add
7–10 business days to delivery, but it greatly reduces errors, missing parts, or damaged shipments. We do not allow
non-serialized products to be shipped to anyone other than the purchasing member — no shared accounts, no proxy
orders.
Order Processing & Tracking
Vendor orders usually process in 2–4 business days (up to 5 during high-demand periods). Orders that go through our
inspection-first process will take longer, as noted above. Tracking numbers are provided when the final shipment
leaves for your address or FFL.
Choosing an FFL
We can provide a general list of licensed FFL dealers from the ATF database for your convenience. This list does not
mean we have an active business relationship with those dealers. Members must confirm their chosen FFL will accept
transfers from Ghost Armory or our fulfillment partners. The dealer must send a copy of their FFL license to us before
shipment.
Non-Compliant Orders
If you place an order for ammo or firearms that are restricted in your state, you will not be refunded. Optics and
miscellaneous products may be refunded if they are restricted, minus the credit card processing fee. Know your laws.
Know your state. Repeated violations may result in a 20% restocking fee for any orders we are able to cancel or
return. Certain products (e.g., ammunition to NY) must be shipped to a valid FFL, not a C&R; FFL03.
Orders That Cannot Transfer Due to Legal/Personal Restrictions
If you are unable to pass a background check or meet your state’s legal purchasing requirements, your order is not
eligible for refund or exchange. It is not Ghost Armory’s responsibility to confirm eligibility prior to purchase.
Manufacturers That Don’t Drop Ship
Some manufacturers require that all orders be sent to Ghost Armory first for handling. These include Glock, Ruger,
Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, HK, FN, and Beretta. This process may result in additional shipping charges
(due to double transit), slightly longer delivery times, and two tracking numbers — one to Ghost Armory, one from
Ghost Armory to you or your FFL.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product type, manufacturer, and location. We aim to keep shipping fees at
dealer cost whenever possible. Orders that require shipment to Ghost Armory first may cost more due to extra
handling and transit.
Service Area
We ship only within the lower 48 states. No international orders are accepted.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact Ghost Armory immediately. We will work directly with the carrier or
vendor to find a resolution. All shipping claims must be submitted in writing.
Policy Changes
Ghost Armory may update this policy without prior notice. Significant changes will be shared with members when
possible. Bottom Line: All non-serialized items ship to Ghost Armory first because it’s the best way to make sure you get exactly
what you ordered, intact and ready to use. That extra step saves time, headaches, and the need for returns.
