Ghost Armory LLC provides access to firearm products, accessories, and related services through its membership platform.
Users of the Ghost Armory website must meet certain legal eligibility requirements in order to access services and purchase regulated products.
Minimum Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Ghost Armory platform.
Certain products offered through the platform may require users to be 21 years of age or older, depending on federal, state, or local law.
Customers are responsible for complying with all age requirements applicable to the products they purchase.
Legal Eligibility
By using the Ghost Armory platform, users represent and warrant that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under all applicable laws.
This includes compliance with:
- Federal firearm laws
- State firearm regulations
- Local firearm restrictions
Users who are prohibited from owning firearms under federal or state law must not attempt to purchase firearms through the Ghost Armory platform.
Background Checks
All firearm purchases must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
The receiving FFL dealer will conduct all legally required background checks and paperwork before transferring the firearm to the customer.
Ghost Armory does not control or override the background check process conducted by the receiving FFL dealer.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all firearm laws in their jurisdiction.
Ghost Armory is not responsible for determining whether a user is legally eligible to purchase firearms in their location.
Orders that cannot legally be transferred may be canceled.
Account Termination
Ghost Armory reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users are found to be:
- Under the required legal age
- Legally prohibited from purchasing firearms
- Violating applicable firearm laws
Accounts terminated for these reasons may lose access to membership services.
