By placing an order for any firearm or regulated item through the Ghost Armory platform, the customer certifies that:
- They are the actual purchaser of the firearm.
- They are not purchasing the firearm on behalf of another person or acting as an intermediary.
- They are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- All information provided during the ordering process is true and accurate.
Customers acknowledge that all firearm transfers will be completed through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, where required background checks and legal documentation will be completed.
Ghost Armory reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, illegal activity, or violations of firearm laws are suspected.
