Firearms Transfer & Compliance Policy

Overview

Ghost Armory LLC operates a platform that allows members to access firearm products and related accessories from distributor catalogs.

All firearm sales facilitated through the Ghost Armory platform are conducted in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws and regulations.

Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirement

Federal law requires that firearms purchased online must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

All firearm purchases made through Ghost Armory must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer selected by the customer during checkout.

Ghost Armory will not ship firearms directly to individuals unless permitted by law.

Background Check Requirements

Customers purchasing firearms must complete all required legal procedures at the receiving FFL dealer.

These procedures may include:

  • Federal background checks
  • Completion of ATF Form 4473
  • State-required documentation
  • Waiting periods required by state law

The receiving FFL dealer is responsible for conducting these procedures before transferring the firearm to the purchaser.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms in their state or jurisdiction.

Ghost Armory is not responsible for customers who are prohibited from firearm ownership under federal, state, or local law.

If a customer fails a background check, the receiving FFL dealer will determine how the firearm is handled in accordance with their policies.

State and Local Compliance

Firearm laws vary by state and local jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all firearm laws applicable to their location.

Certain products may not be available for purchase in specific states due to local legal restrictions.

Ghost Armory reserves the right to cancel orders that violate applicable firearm laws.

Transfer Fees

Receiving FFL dealers may charge a transfer fee for processing firearm transfers.

These fees are determined by the receiving dealer and are not controlled by Ghost Armory.

Customers are responsible for paying any transfer fees required by the receiving FFL dealer.

Order Cancellation or Denial

Ghost Armory reserves the right to cancel or deny firearm orders if:

  • The selected FFL dealer is invalid
  • The firearm cannot legally be transferred to the buyer
  • The product cannot be shipped to the customer’s jurisdiction
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Orders canceled for legal compliance reasons may be refunded according to company policies.

Compliance With Federal Regulations

Ghost Armory complies with all applicable federal firearm laws, including regulations enforced by the:

  • Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
  • Federal Firearms Licensing requirements
  • Interstate firearm transfer regulations

Liability Disclaimer

Ghost Armory acts as a platform connecting members with firearm distributors and dealers.

Final transfer of firearms occurs between the customer and the receiving FFL dealer.

Ghost Armory is not responsible for the policies, fees, or procedures of individual FFL dealers.
